1. Digital Products – No Cancellation After Purchase

Once your payment is processed and access is granted to the digital files, cancellations are not allowed. This includes but is not limited to:

• Marketing frameworks

• Business strategy guides

• Instant-download bundle files

All purchases are final. This ensures the integrity of our content and protects our business from unauthorized access, copying, and misuse.

2. No Subscriptions – No Recurring Billing

Currently, IndieProHub.tech does not operate on a subscription model. All purchases are one-time payments, so there is no recurring charge to cancel.

If subscriptions or memberships are added in the future (e.g., coaching programs, community access, or SaaS tools), this policy will be updated accordingly with cancellation instructions for those services.

3. Mistaken Orders

If you believe you made a mistaken purchase, you must contact us within 24 hours before accessing or downloading the product. If the product has not been accessed and your situation qualifies under our discretion, we may consider cancellation on a case-by-case basis.

4. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, please notify us within 7 days of the second transaction. Once verified, we’ll either:

5. Fraudulent Charges

If you suspect unauthorized or fraudulent activity on your payment method related to IndieProHub.tech, please report it to us and your bank immediately. Upon internal verification, we will cooperate fully with the appropriate channels to resolve the matter.

Note: We reserve the right to block or ban any user who makes false or abusive claims.

6. Course or Membership Cancellations (If applicable)

If we introduce courses, coaching programs, or memberships in the future, the cancellation terms for those will be clearly listed on the specific offer pages. In most cases:

• Monthly memberships will be cancelable before the next billing cycle

• No refunds will be given for previously accessed content
